All purchases are final, no refunds, returns or exchanges if you change your mind

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refund

We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Refunds are only given if goods are faulty/damaged on arrival.


To be eligible for a refund, you can contact us at madeforafriend@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item. If your return is accepted, please package well to avoid further breakage. Allow up to 5 working days of receiving the returned goods for your refund to be processed. We will normally refund you using the same payment method that you used to purchase the goods. Please note that return postage costs are of the buyer’s responsibility and it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
